1. What is a birth announcement stork rental?
A birth announcement stork rental is a fun and unique way to celebrate the arrival of a new baby! We deliver a 6 foot stork sign to your yard, personalized with the baby’s name, birth date, weight, and length. We also add clouds and a "BABY" sign in front of the stork to enhance its visibility.

2. How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 7 days for parent and grandparent storks. Special event storks are rented for 2 days, but if you only need the stork for one day, the price remains the same.

3. What happens at the end of the rental period?
We will return to pick up the stork sign, but the personalized keepsake bundle (with the baby’s details), paw prints, and sibling stars are yours to keep!

4. Do you offer sibling or pet signs?
Yes! We have special signs for proud big brothers, big sisters, and even pets to celebrate the new addition to the family.

5. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak times. However, we try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

6. Do you deliver to my area?
We serve Madison, Huntsville, Decatur, and surrounding areas, but if you’re outside our delivery zone or unsure if we will deliver to you, please contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

7. How much does it cost?
Please visit the “pricing” tab. Delivery and pick-up is free!

8. Can I rent a stork sign for a baby shower or gender reveal?
Absolutely! Our stork signs make a great statement piece for baby showers, gender reveals, and other special occasions. Please select that you need a stand on the order form.

9. How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website page “Rent A Stork” and fill out the form, call or text us at 256-469-5554, or email us at storksofjoyhsv@gmail.com. We’ll confirm the details and schedule your rental.

10. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your rental, we require at least 24 hour notice for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. In the case of extreme weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund if necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

11. Why would you cancel an order?
While we strive to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to severe weather conditions, unsafe installation locations, property restrictions, or any situation that may put our team, the sign, or the property at risk. If we must cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or reschedule your rental.

12. Is a lawn necessary?
No, a lawn is not necessary! If you don’t have a traditional yard, we can often place the stork sign in a flower bed, mulched area, or even secure it with a weighted stand on hard surfaces like driveways. Let us know your setup, and we’ll find the best solution for your display!

13. Where will you install the sign?
We will install the sign in the best possible location based on your yard or designated area. Typically, we place it in a visible spot in the front yard, flower bed, or mulched area. If you have specific placement requests, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them!

14. How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice after confirming your order. You can pay the invoice via PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Debit, or Credit Card. Payment is due 24 hours before delivery to reserve your stork rental. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to reach out to us!
